My name is Richard Ralph, and I am the owner and operator of the World\u2019s First Happy Moving Company in Auburn, Alabama! After a 22 year long career in the military, I am now ready to take on a new challenge: the local moving industry. I have been blessed with two wonderful daughters, Larkyn and Zoe. I hope to one day pass the business down to them!<\/p>\n

I chose to open a Pink Zebra Moving franchise because I believed in the brand\u2019s cause. Pink Zebra Moving wants not just to change the moving industry but we want to revolutionize it. As a business owner in the Auburn area, I want to give back to my community. I want to bring in jobs and opportunities for all that seek it.<\/p>\n\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

I want to give back to my community. I want to bring in jobs and opportunities for all that seek it. I want to provide a breathtaking experience for not only my customers but also my employees. I believe that people should look forward to
\nexcelling at their craft, and that starts with me creating an environment that promotes that. <\/p>\n

My customers have no idea what\u2019s in store. From the five-star moving service, they will receive to the little extra surprises we leave behind; customers will remember their encounter with Pink Zebra Moving. Moving is stressful, but I want to take some of that stress away. My team and I talked and talked about ways to create a three-tiered experience for our customers that is fun and happy. We\u2019ve got some surprises for before, during, and after the move that will have you ready to pack it all up and move again! <\/p>\n\n\t\t\n\t<\/div>\n\n<\/section>\n\n\n\n

When we complete a move, we’re going to ask you to rate your level of satisfaction on a simple scale from 1-5. Your rating will directly determine the exact compensation level that we pay a team of movers. It’s a simple plan, but it works like magic because our employees all work with a true ownership mentality. In fact, the plan worked so great at Two Maids & A Mop that it allowed us to grow from a small 250 square foot office space into a nationally recognized brand with 90 locations across the country. <\/p>\n

Now it’s time for us to do it all over again inside the local moving and storage industry. We’re going to totally disrupt the industry by providing a remarkable experience designed to make you feel good after the move is over. That’s right! You’re going to feel good after we’re done.
