My name is Richard Ralph, and I am the owner and operator of the World’s First Happy Moving Company in Columbus, Georgia! After a 22 year long career in the military, I am now ready to take on a new challenge: the local moving industry. I have been blessed with two wonderful daughters, Larkyn and Zoe. I hope to one day pass the business down to them!
I chose to open a Pink Zebra Moving franchise because I believed in the brand’s cause. Pink Zebra Moving wants not just to change the moving industry but we want to revolutionize it. As a business owner in the Columbus area, I want to give back to my community. I want to bring in jobs and opportunities for all that seek it.

When we complete a move, we’re going to ask you to rate your level of satisfaction on a simple scale from 1-5. Your rating will directly determine the exact compensation level that we pay a team of movers. It’s a simple plan, but it works like magic because our employees all work with a true ownership mentality. In fact, the plan worked so great at Two Maids & A Mop that it allowed us to grow from a small 250 square foot office space into a nationally recognized brand with 90 locations across the country.
