My name is David Bowen, and I am the owner and operator of Pink Zebra Moving of Montgomery. After over 20 years in the restaurant industry, I started a career in the contact center of a major regional bank. I believe this uniquely places me in a position of understanding both customer experience and employee experience. I am happily married to my anchor, Lauren, and I have two wonderful children who are growing up faster than I can keep up with at times. As their father, I want to lead by example and show them that hard work does indeed pay off.
When I chose to open a Pink Zebra Moving business, I met with the founder and listened to his pitch. Afterwards, I believed in the vision and what he wants to accomplish within the local moving industry. It’s truly amazing, and I wanted to be a part of that legacy.

As a business owner, I have many goals. However, the one that sticks out the most for me is creating a business that will become something my wife, Lauren, and I can pass on to our children. I hope that seeing us out working hard for them every day will teach them the value of hard work and promote a great work ethic within them.
I did not know much about the moving industry before entering this endeavor, but I am always willing to learn and educate myself. I love working with my hands, and although I will not be moving with the team daily, I will enjoy getting out in the field and showing them that I am willing to help.
